Terms of Use
Draft for review: October 4, 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of entroutweb.com and its website features, including Zeus and our inquiry tools. The website is operated by EntroutWeb Inc. (“EntroutWeb”, “we”, “us” or “our”). You can contact us at support@entroutweb.com.
By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Acceptance of these terms is not a substitute for any separate privacy or marketing consent that may be required.
2. Website information and project agreements
The website provides general information about our services and products, including Standalone Websites, Theme Suite Websites, EntroutAI-powered services, Zeus, AI Automation and related digital work. Information may change as our offerings develop. Examples, descriptions and indicative starting prices are not a promise of a particular scope, outcome or availability.
Submitting a form, requesting a quote or chatting with Zeus does not by itself create a service contract. Project scope, pricing, taxes, payment schedules, timelines, ownership, licensing, hosting, support, renewal, cancellation and other commercial terms must be confirmed in the applicable written proposal or service agreement. That agreement governs the purchased services and takes priority over these general website terms if there is a conflict.
Standalone Website projects and ongoing Theme Suite services can have different arrangements. Do not assume that a feature, add-on, ongoing service or third-party cost is included unless it is confirmed for your project. Estimates and delivery expectations depend on the agreed scope and required content, access, approvals and third-party dependencies.
3. Zeus and live assistance
Zeus is an automated assistant intended to help answer questions about EntroutWeb and guide you toward an appropriate next step. Its responses can be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. Ask our team to confirm important information before relying on it or making a purchase decision.
A response from Zeus is not a binding quotation, contract, professional opinion, warranty or commitment to deliver a particular result. Zeus cannot amend an existing service agreement. Project-specific commitments require written confirmation from an authorized EntroutWeb representative.
Zeus does not directly analyze uploaded files. Our team may review files shared through supported live-chat features. Large or unsuitable submissions may be declined or redirected to human assistance. Please ask us for an appropriate way to share confidential or substantial project material.
Live chat depends on team availability and operating hours. Any wait time is an estimate, not a guarantee. Where live assistance is unavailable, we may offer meeting booking, messaging or a contact form. Requested email transcripts depend on a valid email address and successful delivery. Conversations, files and session continuity are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Use the website and its communication tools lawfully and for their intended purposes. Do not submit unlawful, threatening, harassing, fraudulent or infringing material; impersonate another person; send unsolicited advertising; upload malicious files; attempt unauthorized access; or interfere with the website or other users.
Do not bypass verification, access restrictions or usage controls, probe for private information, or use automated requests to overload or misuse our services. Legitimate use of assistive technologies is not prohibited by this restriction. Security testing requires our prior written authorization.
We may reject content, limit a feature or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse or comply with law. Suspected unlawful activity may be reported where appropriate. Restrictions on website access do not remove rights or obligations under an existing service agreement or applicable law.
5. Your information and submitted material
Please provide accurate contact and project information and use only accounts or email addresses you are entitled to use. If account access is provided, protect your credentials and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of material you submit, subject to any separate written project agreement. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary to share it. You give EntroutWeb a limited, non-exclusive permission to receive, store, reproduce and use that material as reasonably necessary to handle your inquiry, provide agreed services, maintain relevant records and support the purposes explained in our Privacy Policy, including processing by relevant service providers.
Submitting a private chat, inquiry or project file does not transfer its ownership to EntroutWeb or give us permission to publish it as marketing material. Any broader use, including testimonials or portfolio material, must have an appropriate separate basis or agreement. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information through general chat or forms.
6. Our website content and intellectual property
Website text, designs, branding, software and other materials belong to EntroutWeb or their respective owners and licensors. You may access the website for its intended informational and business purposes. Unless applicable law or a licence permits otherwise, you may not reproduce, distribute, sell or exploit protected material without permission.
Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Ownership and licensing of client deliverables, reusable frameworks, code, themes, plugins and third-party assets are addressed in the relevant project agreement, not transferred by visiting this website.
7. External services and links
The website may link to or use services provided by other organizations, including Google, Calendly, WhatsApp and security or technology providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean that EntroutWeb controls or guarantees the external service. Review the relevant terms before providing information or entering a transaction.
8. Availability, accuracy and limitations
We aim to provide useful information and reliable access, but website features may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn. To the extent permitted by law, the website and its general information are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy or suitability for every purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, EntroutWeb is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, this website, including reliance on unconfirmed automated responses. Responsibilities and any liability limits for paid services are governed by the applicable written service agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms do not override an express written commitment in a service agreement.
9. International use and disputes
EntroutWeb Inc. is a Canadian business and works with clients worldwide. You are responsible for complying with laws applicable to your use of the website. Relevant Canadian federal and provincial laws and any mandatory protections applicable to you remain in effect. These website terms do not require you to waive a right or remedy that applicable law protects.
Please contact support@entroutweb.com first if a concern arises so we can try to resolve it. Any agreed governing-law or dispute-resolution provisions for purchased services will be stated in the relevant service agreement. These general website terms do not impose a new exclusive court location.
10. Changes, interpretation and contact
We may revise these terms as our website and services change. The date shown at the top identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice where required by law. Updates do not automatically alter an existing signed service agreement or remove rights that have already arisen.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision does not by itself waive it.
Questions about these terms: EntroutWeb Inc., support@entroutweb.com.
