$XXX deposit is required at this time. We will discuss your food limitations and the offered menu for your stay. We will send you a packing list, because you will want to be sure to bring a few comfort things from home, i.e. – pajamas, long dresses, your favorite teddy bear or pillow.
Surgery Date Confirmation
An email will be sent to confirm you are still on schedule for your surgery 7 days prior. It is very important that you respond to this email. Note: If surgery is rescheduled by the doctor, we will give you a credit to use with us for up to one year. Please know that there are no refunds if the surgery is rescheduled by you for “personal” reasons.
You will be required to provide us with ALL of the follow up appointment and care information from the doctor’s office at this time.
Your balance is due on this date as well.
Day of Surgery
We will stay in contact with your doctor’s office so that they can keep us informed of your status.
After you’ve been driven to your accommodations and settled in, we may call to see how you are doing and if you need anything.
Day of your first follow up appointment: We will drive you from your accommodations to your doctor’s office and then bring you to MadamTulums for the remainder of your recovery package.
We offer 5 day and 7 day packages
You will be provided with water, fruit water, or a hydration drink similar to gatorade or pedialyte and some small snacks for your ride to the lush jungle of Tulum.
Upon arrival you will be shown the grounds and introduced to the staff, as you are escorted to your private or semi private room.
We will provide you with the following: a clean and comfortable bed, a bathrobe, water, light snacks, 3 meals a day, a daily itinerary of events and activities. After you’ve been acquainted with your room, you are free to do what you want such as: sleep, read, walk around the home (please do not disturb any of the other guests), get familiar with surroundings and feel free to ask any questions.
All guests will be expected to follow doctor’s orders and be respectful towards the staff. There is no alcohol or substance abuse allowed. Any violation of these rules, all parties involved will be escorted from the premises at their own expense and no refunds will be allowed for any reason.
Services offered by outside contractors: regular massages, lymphatic drainage massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, salon services.
